The history

Facio Design was established in 2007 and is owned by Andy Chipperfield. Andy began his programming career in 1983, aged 6, with his Sinclair Spectrum 48k (rubber keyboard and all) and a copy of INPUT magazine. He’s been been designing and building websites since 1998 when he was studying Computer Science at University, and obtained a copy of Adobe Photoshop 5.5. Back then, when the web was just a few years old and still wearing nappies, the best connection speed available was 56kb/sec and websites were built entirely using tables. Things have moved on since then, and we pride ourselves in keeping up with the latest web technologies, ensuring that every website we build is accessible to both visitors and search engines.

Recently we’ve worked with Fox Entertainment / IGN, and through agencies we’ve worked on projects for well known brands such as Ford, McDonalds and Toyota. We’d love the opportunity to work with you on your latest project.
